SAAT stands for Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Admission Test conducted by  Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan Deemed to be University every year for the candidates seeking admission in various Undergraduate and Post Graduate courses. It is a national-level entrance test that enables you to take admission programs offered in constituent institutes/schools of Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan. SAAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The following are the eligibility criteria that a candidate must follow to take part in the SAAT entrance examination-

B.TechCandidate must have cleared (or appearing) 10+2 or equivalent examination, with Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects, as well as one subject out of Chemistry / Computer Science / Biology / Statistics from a recognized university
B.PharmCandidate must have cleared (or appearing) 10+2 or equivalent examination, with individually clearing English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology
BHMCTCandidate must have cleared (or appearing) 10+2 examination in any stream, securing a minimum of 45% marks (40% for Schedule Caste (SC)/Schedule Tribe (ST)/OBC categories)
B.Sc. in AgricultureCandidate must have cleared (or appearing) 10+2 examination, with either of the following subject combinations PCM/PCB/PCMB, securing a minimum of 50% aggregate marks, however, there is a relaxation of 40% marks for SC/ST/Physically Handicap (PH) categories. The candidate’s age must be between 17 and 23 years
B.Sc. in Nursing (Basic)Candidate must have cleared (or appearing) 10+2 examination, with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (40% for SC/ST/OBC categories). The candidate must be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2021
P.B.B.Sc NursingCandidate must have cleared GNM examination and registered with concerned State Nursing Council
Five-Year Integrated B.A. LLB. (Hons) and B.B.A. LLB. (Hons)Candidate must have cleared (or appearing) 10+2 or equivalent examination in any discipline, securing a minimum of 45% (40% for SC/ST categories). The candidate’s age should be less than 20 years as of August 1, 2021 (22 years for SC/ST categories)
BBACandidate must have cleared (or appearing) 10+2 or equivalent examination in any discipline
M.TechCandidate must have cleared (or appearing) B.E./B.Tech/AMIE/MCA/M.Sc. or equivalent course in the stream/discipline
MCACandidate must have cleared (or appearing) a three-year bachelor’s degree in any stream, from any recognized University, securing a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC categories).
MBA/MHA/MHM/MTTMCandidate must have cleared (or appearing) a three-year bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce, Arts, B.E, B.Tech, MBBS, B.Pharm, B.Sc.Agri, BVSC, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, BPT, BHMCT, BBA, BCA, or equivalent examination, from any recognized University, securing a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ ST/OBC categories)
M.PharmCandidate must have cleared (or appearing) B.Pharm examination, from any recognized University, securing a minimum of 50%. However, GPAT-qualified candidates are not required to give SAAT but will have to submit the application form
M.ScCandidate must have cleared (or appearing) B.Sc or equivalent course in the stream/discipline from a recognized University, with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC categories)
M.Sc. in NursingThe candidate must have cleared B.Sc. Nursing (Basic/Post Basic) degree, securing a minimum of 55% aggregate marks, from an Indian Nursing Council-recognized institution, along with a minimum of one year experience in teaching or clinical area after registration in respective State Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse
LLMCandidate must have cleared (or appearing) LLB or studied integrated law courses from a recognized University, with at least 50% aggregate marks

How to Apply for SAAT 2022?

The following are the steps that the candidate must follow to apply for the SAAT which is as follow-

  • Visit the official website of the SAAT-www.soa.ac.in
  • Register on the website with your email Id, mobile number, name
  • You have to fill the application form by navigating to the application form
  • Some of the details that you must fill on the application form are Date of Birth, Category, Nationality, qualification details such as Year of Passing, Percentage of marks, etc, details to contact, and choice for the exam center.
  • Now click on the proceed button
  • Now upload the necessary documents mentioned below
  • A payment page asking for paying the application fee will appear. You can pay your application fee using a credit/debit card, UPI, Bank Challan, etc.
  • A confirmation page will appear that you have to download the payment fee confirmation as well as the application fee for future use

Document Required for Applying SAAT

The following are the necessary document that you must upload on the website while filling the application-

  • Passport size Photograph of the candidate should be in JPG/JPEG format
  • The signature of the candidate should be in JPG/JPEG format
  • Left-Hand Thumb Impression of the candidate should be in JPG format
  • Class 10th Certificate of the candidate should be in JPG format
  • The Scanned image of Post Card size Photograph of the candidate should be in JPG format

Downloading SAAT 2022 Admit Card

The admit card is the most important document, without this the candidates will not be allowed to give the SAAT exam. You can download the SAAT admit card from the official website of SAAT. The date for downloading SAAT admit card will be released later and you can keep checking our website. The following are the steps for downloading SAAT admit card which is as follows-

  • Visit the official website of the SAAT
  • Log in to your account user ID and Password
  • Navigate to the download admit card button. After the page opens fill in your roll number along with other details and press enter
  • A new window with your admit card will open take a printout and carry it with you to the examination center

SAAT Result

SOA shall declare the result on a tentative date of the first week of June. The candidate has to visit the official website of SAAT and navigate to the result tab after to check his/her result. You must download the result and carry it on to the counseling session.

SAAT Counselling Session

A counseling session will be organized for the candidates at the SOA campus for the candidates who have qualified for the entrance examination. When appearing for the counseling session, the candidate must provide relevant documents in original as well as a printout. The following are the list of documents that are required during the counsellings session-
